  • Usage & Device Information: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, pages visited, time spent on pages, and other analytics data to help us understand how you use our Services.
  • Communication Data: Messages you send us via email, contact forms, support chat, or WhatsApp, including attachments and feedback.

If you add your UPI ID or bank account details in the company settings to generate UPI QR codes or display payment information on invoices/quotations, we store this data securely and use it only for showing payment details on your documents. FreeGSTBill does not directly process or store your customers’ card numbers or UPI PINs. All actual payments happen through your bank or UPI/payment provider.
