How do I create a sale invoice?
- In the app, go to Sales / Invoice.
- Choose or add a customer.
- Add line items: product, quantity, price, GST or non-GST as needed.
- Review totals, then save. Preview or share the PDF if you want.
Do customers and products have to exist beforehand?
You can pick existing customers and products from your master list, or add them while you are on the invoice screen so prices and units stay consistent.
Does selling affect stock?
If stock tracking is turned on for a product, a sale can reduce quantity automatically. Use the stock guide for adjustments and logs.
