What is a quotation for?

A quotation is a formal estimate you send before the sale. When the customer agrees, you convert it to an invoice so items and amounts carry over.

How do I make a quotation in the app?

  1. Create a quotation with the same kind of lines as an invoice.
  2. Send or share it with your customer.
  3. When it is approved, convert to invoice from the quotation.
